Hidden door cabinet

$0.00

This large cabinet was designed specifically as a toy cabinet for a living room play area. The arched doors allow it to fit into the decor while the hidden doors allow it to function in the space. The expectation is that the children will not close the doors while playing and therefore the doors must be able to move out of the way. The arched doors allow the piece to blen into the living room decor when the parents close them to conceal the toys.

An example of how form meets function. The client required a space where children of different ages could play and be monitored but did not want the living room to turn into a primary coloured play room. The hidden door hardware allows the doors to slide back into purposefully built pockets and hide out of the way when the children are playing. a custom solution for a unique situation.
